Silent Auction
The silent auction is the Santa Rosa Mothers' Club largest fundraiser, typically held in November. We rely on local businesses to donate a wide variety of items and services for the auction, and local restaurants and wineries to provide delicious food and drinks for the evening. This is a fun and exciting night for our members and their spouses or friends to have a night out while supporting the SRMC at the same time! Other fun features are our balloon-pop prizes and raffle baskets put together and donated by the SRMC playgroups. Volunteers are always needed to help plan and execute this event.
Garage Sale
The Santa Rosa Mothers' Club annual garage sale is held in June or July. Staples of the garage sale typically include children's clothing, books, toys, strollers, baby gear, household knickknacks, cookbooks, and DVDs. Occasionally larger items like furniture and small household appliances are sold.
Members of the SRMC are encouraged to save and donate items for the garage sale. All proceeds from the sale directly benefit the SRMC, so make sure to come and shop!
eScrip
eScrip is a free and easy fundraising program that costs you NOTHING - just a few minutes to enroll and you'll start making money for the Santa Rosa Mothers' Club (SRMC)! eScrip and hundreds of merchant partners have created a system that rewards customer loyalty by contributing a percentage of purchases to local schools and other non-profit organizations. Please help support us!
IT IS SO SIMPLE TO REGISTER ONLINE:
- Log on to http://www.escrip.com and go to "sign up"
- Designate Santa Rosa Mothers' Club to receive contributions. Our group ID# is 500022126
- Register your grocery club cards from a participating merchant (e.g., Safeway), and your debit, ATM, and credit cards, if you wish.
ARE YOU ALREADY REGISTERED WITH eSCRIP?
For those of you already enrolled in eScrip, you can still add the SRMC (you may support up to 3 groups).
- Log on to www.escrip.com and sign-in with your username and password
- Select "my eScrip"
- Click on "change my group selection"
- Add Santa Rosa Mothers' Club - Group ID # 500022126
Once you register your grocery club card and debit/credit card(s) online, every time you shop at one of the merchant partners, you'll be making money for the SRMC. It is very simple to register for the program. Best of all, other family members (grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.) and friends can enroll in the program, too! Thank you for your support!
Dine & Donate Programs
Participating in one of our Dine & Donate programs is an easy way to raise money for the SRMC and have fun at the same time. And best of all, you can take a night off from cooking!
Keep an eye out in the SRMC newsletter and online for our next Dine & Donate event. On the day of the event, all you need to do is print out a flyer and bring it with you to the restaurant. The SRMC will receive a check for a certain percentage of all sales made with a Dine & Donate flyer. Make sure to pass the flyer along to family and friends too!
