Do you get "triggered" and lose your ability to choose how you respond to your children? If so, you are not alone! Triggering may happen for a number of reasons, from recalling our own childhood memories to concerns that bystanders are judging our parenting style. Why we get triggered is not as important as having strategies to cope when these triggering situations occur. Join us as we discuss three strategies to support having fewer experiences of being triggered, fewer regrets, more connection with our children, and more choice in how we respond in triggering circumstances.
