IS YOUR BABY OR TODDLER NOT SLEEPING?
Moving a child from a crib to a bed? Feeding your baby to sleep? Traveling soon?
Bring your concerns to this informal talk on SLEEP with Marsha Podd.
There will be plenty of time for discussing your special needs and questions.
Wednesday, August 11th, 2010
7pm at the Vista Del Lago Clubhouse
3150 Lakeview Dr., Santa Rosa*
*Please note location change!
Marsha Podd is a Registered Nurse, Lactation Specialist and is a baby sleep wizard! With 30
years experience and a degree in Child Development, she knows what works (and what doesn't).

healthfully established in the early months of life. She also works with parents with children
under age 5, to create calmer bedtime routines and consistent sleep rhythms.
Marsha has authored many articles and has just completed writing her soon to be
published book Secrets of a Baby Nurse (for a happy, healthy and sleeping baby). She
has been written about in the Wall Street Journal, Variety and other national
publications and has lectured internationally on the topic of children and sleep.
**This event is FREE for current SRMC members. $5 for non-members.
